CONFIRMATION POLICY:
As a courtesy your schedule is confirmed by the scheduling system. It will send out an email and/or text reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. In order to secure future reservations clients must provide a credit/debit card on file and will be kept secure and confidential. If the system is unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and potential cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Out of respect for the time invested into reserving your appointment, fees will be charged for any appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice. The same fees will also apply to all no-call no-shows. The fee must be paid before booking another appointment. The fee is 50% of your service scheduled. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be subject to have one or more of their services cancelled or rescheduled.
Clients agree to terms the time they book their appointment.
